X̣est Sx̣lx̣alt Pesyaʔ - Good Day Everyone

The Salish Institute would like to let the community know that we have reached our first fundraising goal of $25,000 to start The Salish Institute Endowment.  This Endowment will allow us to use the interest every year to continue providing cultural activities for the communities of the Flathead Indian Reservation as well as continuing to meet all aspects of our mission.

Our mission is to improve the health, culture, education and environment of the Salish and Pend d'Oreille people.  The Institute will leverage human and capital resources to initiate, coordinate, and support activities and programs that promote cultural identity and strengthen tribal communities.

We are so thankful to all those that have supported the Salish Institute and especially to those that donated specifically for our Endowment.  We look forward to seeing everyone at all our future events!

Lemlmtš Pesyaʔ - Thank You Everyone,
